Executive Officer

The Executive Officer is a senior member of the Command Staff of the Sheriff's Office. This position acts as an advisor in all matters directly to the Sheriff and handles difficult and complicated projects for the Sheriff. Although not directly in command of line units, this position is a major's rank and troubleshoots problems as they arise.
