Processes and serves enforceable and non- enforceable process from all courts per Florida State Statute.

Creates and maintains Returns of Service and other documents as per Florida State statue and Florida Division of Archive requirements.

Process and enforce court orders, including but not limited to injunctions for protection, child custody orders, writs of possession, levy under writ
of execution and writ of attachment.

Court Security Officers/Bailiffs Provide Security for all assigned and visiting Judges and their Courtrooms. They also transport Judges to
other Court locations within the County whenever Branch Court is held.

Bailiffs facilitate the safe movement of inmates within the Justice Center from the time they arrive until they are returned to the
Transportation Officers. This duty encompasses the safeguarding of inmates in the various holding cells and in the Courtrooms. It includes inmate movement between the cells and
Courtrooms and to other locations within the Center such as the State Attorney’s and Public Defender’s Offices.

Bailiffs are Law Enforcement Officers and as such respond to possible criminal violations within the Courthouse. They make arrests,
serve enforceable writs and perform random patrols within the Justice Center to provide a sense of security for the Occupants.

Under Florida State Statute 30 they are charged with providing security for the Board Of County Commissioners at their regular meetings
or whenever requested by the Chairperson.

Attends hearings for D.V. Court weekly, and additional emergency hearings as required

Maintains FCIC records, validations for injunctions for protection

Processes and reviews Injunctions for Protection, maintains files and records of changes in the file

Provides information of services available to all parties, maintain list of Batters Intervention Programs

Acts as liaison between the Sheriff's Office and other public and private agencies in matters pertaining to Domestic Violence and Abuse

Attends first appearance, obtains information for battery cases
