Domestic Violence

The Charlotte County Domestic Violence Department is located on the second floor of the Charlotte County Justice Center. The office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

If you feel that you are a victim of spouse abuse (spouse being husband, wife, ex-husband, ex-wife, boyfriend or girlfriend) you can come to the Clerk's Office and file a Petition for Protection.
