The deputy assigned to Environmental Crimes investigates criminal violations of the Florida Hazardous Waste Control Laws and works with the Environmental Extension Services of Charlotte County. That deputy also has responsibilities in the area criminal and special investigations, community policing, and problem solving in his assigned areas.
