Jail Intelligence Investigator

The Jail Intelligence Detective is a full time law enforcement officer assigned to the Intelligence Unit. The detective assigned to this position is responsible for investigating crimes that occur within the jail facility, gathering information and intelligence, and being a liaison with other investigative units within the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office and abroad. The Jail Intelligence Detective is an invaluable resource in the prevention of future criminal activity within the jail as well as in the community.
