Mission Statement

The mission of the Property (formerly Supply/Inventory) Division is to receive, store, inventory and stock materials, equipment, supplies or merchandise that may be required by the many Divisions of the Sheriff's Office as well as for all of the four District Offices. Supply/Inventory is also responsible for the receiving, equipping and issuing out of the Patrol Vehicles in the Sheriff's Office. Supply/Inventory is also responsible to ensure that equipment issued is in safe and workable condition to ensure the Deputies safety. All of this equipment is periodically inspected by Supply/Inventory personnel of which there are two employees here. An accurate inventory is kept of items received or sent out. Also in the daily job tasks the Supply Sergeant is responsible for the Headquarters building Facilities Management which encompasses seeing to it that any repairs or problems with the building are repaired through cooperation with our County Facilities Management personnel.
