Personnel assigned to Supply and Receiving are responsible for maintaining the inventory of materials, equipment, supplies or merchandise that may be required by the many Divisions of the Sheriff's Office. They must ensure that equipment issued is in safe and workable condition to ensure the safety of both the deputies and the public. All of the equipment is periodically inspected by Supply and Receiving personnel. They work closely with the Fleet Maintenance personnel concerning vehicle issues, MIS personnel concerning computer equipment and Finance Division personnel.
